Southwestern Illinois RC&D - Operations

Mr. Eustis currently serves as the Executive Director of the Southwestern Illinois RC&D, Inc. Dave joined the organization in January 2001 in the position of Operations Manager. Prior to joining the RC&D he worked in a number of positions in the retail/horticultural industry, including store management, merchandising and purchasing.

Since joining the organization, Mr. Eustis has assisted the organization's Board of Directors in establishing four additional operating divisions, the Southwestern Illinois GIS Resource Center, The Land Conservancy (TLC) a volunteer program, SERVE (Stewardship of Environmental Resources through Volunteer Efforts), and the Environmental Fund of Southwestern Illinois.

Mr. Eustis is a 1981 graduate of the State University of New York (SUNY) at Morrisville with an A.S. in Horticulture.
