DINNER
The five-course dinner will start with a cocktail hour and an amuse'. We will continue with the soup, salad, main entree, and dessert for dinner.
Produce picked fresh from the farm and herbs straight out of the garden; Fresh quality ingredients make all the difference. All of the produce and ingredients for Field to Fork are harvested the day of the event or the day prior. There's nothing fresher than that when it comes from Field to Fork! Everything prepared for Field to Fork is from the Midwest and provided by the following area farms or individuals:
