Enjoy a four course meal of local, seasonal food prepared by: Amy Zupanci of Fond in Edwardsville, Jennifer Pensoneau of Jfires' Market Bistro in Waterloo and Jon Olson of Erato Wine Bar & Restaurant in Edwardsville. Dr. Mildred Mattfeldt-Beman, Chair of the Nutrition & Dietetics Department at St. Louis University will be speaking about the local food movement that is 'growing' in the region. Wildlife Habitat Bus Tour
Want to see how Private, Federal, and Conservation Organization lands within the floodplains of the Mississippi River are managed to provide high quality and diverse wildlife habitats in Randolph County? Come to this free event and learn about assistance programs for land owners.
A free lunch will be provided by Ducks Unlimited at the American Legion Hall in Chester followed by an afternoon bus tour of the Mississippi River bottoms.

Join SWI RC&D for a morning 5.5 mile kayak and canoe trip down the Kaskaskia River. A shuttle will drive you back to your vehicle from Fayetteville. You are welcome to bring your own equipment (boats, life vests, paddles) or reserve a rental single kayak, tandem kayak, or canoe.
