Join us for an evening filled with food, friends, and fun! Our local chefs prepare a five-course dinner that is created from fresh ingredients locally grown in southwestern Illinois. We put our guest in touch with the local farmers that work so hard all year to provide for us, and they join us for the evening to celebrate fresh ingredients and fantastic food. We also showcase what our area has to offer and recognize the importance and benefit of local food consumption and the positive impact it has. Prepare your palette for a delectable evening.
